We begin at the end of the Salmon River Road (Corn Creek Campground) and proceed directly into the 80.9-mile long "River of No Return" Wilderness. In order to traverse the canyon, one must either float all the way through to the road's end at the western edge of Idaho, fly out from secluded airstrips, or jet boat back up to corn creek.
