The "Day Stretch" - pioneered by NWRE, has exciting rapids, incredible scenery, and interesting Native American and pioneer history. You'll get it all on this one day whitewater rafting trip. Your party will have a chance to see bald eagles, other native birds, wild mountain goats, bighorn sheep, deer, or even elk. Old historic mines and a ghost town punctuate this stretch of an American wilderness river. One of the best day trips in North America! Enjoy it all: river, whitewater, beautiful days, amazing scenery, wildlife, and make wonderful memories! Includes full homemade picnic lunch and non alcoholic beverages. Action pictures of your group running Pine Creek Rapid are available for an extra charge.

On our 2-day trips you will find some great whitewater, AND it is easy to get to! This float includes 27 miles of river, including the "Day Stretch" of the Salmon River, at the end of which we find our campsite: a beautiful island in the middle of the river. This is sure to be a great family vacation adventure-or a nice get-away with friends. The 2nd day continues on down river to the end of the road at Corn Creek Campground. More great whitewater rapids, and outdoor fun with your experienced guide. Since the river doubles in size at the confluence of the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, this day brings bigger rapids and better fishing. The entire trip includes old homesteads, pictographs, and a waterfall. Wildlife viewing opportunities are exceptional on this section. All meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and return transportation included.

We begin our day driving to Old Faithful, witnessing the iconic geyser explode before us. With a quick visit to the remarkable Old Faithful Inn, then venturing on to the Morning Glory Pool.
