We have a relaxed environment where Crewmen Victor and Bryan will help you with your rigging and fishing needs. We are equipped with all modern electronics and a refrigerated fish hold, "RSW" to keep your fish just as fresh as when you caught them. And to make your trip with us that much more enjoyable and comfortable, we have excellent food from our hot galley with additional alternative menu choices for the health conscious with Alex or Andrew at your service! If you have a Charter booked with us, be sure to speak with Erin to have your trip tailored to suit your groups needs! Our boats depart from Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, California, just a one hour drive north from Los Angeles. There are eight islands that form the Channel Islands chain. Gentleman Sportfishing Charter Fishing Boat specializes in 3/4 day deep sea fishing at the local Channel Islands and the Ventura County coastline. The Gentleman is an aptly named vessel and boasts some of the most accommodating of amenities you’ll find on the coast. Operating out of the Channel Islands Harbor from Channel Islands Sportfishing, specializing in ¾ day open party trips and private charters, the Gentleman is designed for offshore adventure. The vessel is very angler friendly, wide with plenty of room between the cabin and rails. There are also two large bait capacity tanks so there is never a threat of running out. The boat also offers a full galley that seats 20. For those that do not want to fish, or just want to get away from the action for a bit, the boat is one of few in the Ventura/Oxnard area with a large upper sundeck to enjoy the views.

Anacapa is about two and a half hours from our home port. We like to get under way on our economy sailboat rental about 1000 and come home about 1700 (5pm), but we can flex with your schedule. I We'll circumnavigate the island Anacapa is about five miles long (it's really three very closely spaced islands), and yet is only one square mile. Nevertheless, folks tried to raise goats and sheep here - in spite of the size and in spite of the lack of water. There are some great stories about this spot, but I'll save those for the cruise.
