Lake Crescent is the centerpiece of the itinerary with a 2-3 mile guided hike to Marymere Falls and surrounding trails immersed in old-growth forests. The afternoon wraps up with a scenic drive on the backroads around Lake Crescent to reach Tongue Point and amazing coastal viewpoints of the Strait of Juan De Fuca from Salt Creek County Park.

We conduct these tours only in the winter and spring when the waterfalls are most impressive. The first two waterfalls are only a short walk into the forest. The third waterfall is a 2.3 mile round trip hike into the Olympic National Forest, gaining 250 feet of elevation. It is considered easy, but may feel moderate for some. Our helpful and informative tour guide will transport you to each waterfall and teach you about the watershed, mountains, and flora & fungi that we see along the way!
