Crystal clear water flows 425 miles through a pristine watershed, which is primarily wilderness. Float through 4 deep river canyons while navigating exhilarating class III and IV whitewater in a guided oar boat, paddle raft, and/or inflatable kayak. The white sand beaches are perfect for beach games as well as camping. Let our guides take care of every last detail while you build memories to last a lifetime. And we'd like to mention that our gourmet menu is capstoned with locally raised and grown ingredients. We are happy to accommodate most dietary needs upon request. The Wild and Scenic California Salmon River, although still somewhat unknown even in its home state of California, is one of the most incredible class V whitewater rafting trips in the country. This is one of the most loved spring trips, and, for many of us, the "Cal Salmon" is our favorite class V river in the U.S. It combines beautiful, lush coastal scenery, an intimate, marble-smooth, granite inner gorge, a seemingly endless number of waterfalls cascading in from above, emerald-green waters, a very comfortable pop-up base camp with hot showers and a wood-fired sauna (think 'glamping' or luxury camping), and unequaled class IV-V pool-drop whitewater. This is truly a world-class, high-adventure whitewater run. Our trip combines the Salmon with the Class V Scott River and/or the spectacularly beautiful Clear Creak to become one of the ultimate (and most comfortable) class V adventures in the country.

We outfit multi-day whitewater trips on all three wilderness sections of the Salmon River. We provide trips only on the Salmon River-yet by offering trips on various sections of the Salmon and different times of the year, we have a variety of trips available. We think it is better to stay on one river, and know it best, than to spread out over a number of rivers in different areas. We feel it is important that the outfitter is on the river throughout the season leading trips, rather than being home in the office. River trips are pretty special to us, too.
