In this workshop we'll get up-close and personal with waterfalls (bring your rain gear), find rainbows galore, and photograph the poppies and redbud blooming in the Merced River Canyon. A priority in this workshop is the Yosemite Falls moonbow (lunar rainbow) only possible during spring full moons. I've been visiting Yosemite my entire life, and leading photo workshops here for nearly 20 years, so I know places in Yosemite Valley that are both beautiful and far (-ish) from the crowds. And of course we'll have plenty of time to photograph all of Yosemite's "classic" views of El Capitan, Half Dome, and waterfalls. And as a bonus, we'll photograph a full moon rising above Yosemite Valley.

The 007 3rd - 1st Guided Mountain Bike Ride on the 007 trail network is a hidden gem and the most popular in Bass Lake, California. Your guide will lead you on a ride that will take you up Central Camp Road (dirt road) to the top of the 007 3rd single-track trail. We will connect with the Octopussy trail, an alternative to riding the entire 3rd section of 007. Octopussy is rated a black diamond trail that begins with a wide-open, fast descent. The trail will then become more challenging, with tight turns leading to a rock garden filled with large boulders and rock ledges. There are multiple lines to choose from, with some being more challenging than others. Your guide will help you navigate the best rout for you. After this section, the trail becomes fast and flowy with some high-speed sections and jumps, natural berms, and rocky sections that quickly sneak up on you as you descend to Central Camp Road and 007 2nd entrance.
