Most of my childhood memories include expeditions through the Ten Thousand Islands and trying to incorporate all the best parts into a 2 or 3 hour tour has become a passion of mine. I have lived in a few different places in my life, including Alaska, Utah, Illinois and Massachusetts. After every venture to a new place, I found myself returning to Marco and for a while, I could never understand what was pulling me back here. ​I made it my goal to show you why we all come back to this beautiful island, whether it is to vacation or to live. We start with a wilderness drive to the more remote areas of the Everglades and explore over 30 miles of its diverse ecosystem. This area is home to a wide variety of wildlife including the American alligator, Everglades mink, whitetail deer, black bear, a multitude of bird species, and even the endangered Florida panther!
