We have a passion for fly fishing... We've fished from Maine to Montana, for landlocked salmon to big browns to Great Lakes steelhead. From midwestern rivers for smallmouth to chasing redfish off the coast of Florida, Chile to Alaska. Fly fishing has opened doors, created friends, and brought joy to us and our families through shared memories. We love to share our passion with others and help them discover the fun fly fishing can bring. A lot of people think fly fishing is difficult or complicated. The reality couldn't be farther from the truth. The basics can be learned in a short amount of time, and we can help you with that.

Come along and join us as we float down the lazy river on the Wisconsin back channel then slowly motor our way back up the river into the steep banks of the beautiful Vermillion River, under the old railroad bridge. The sloughs and back waters in this stretch are more remote and secluded than anyone can imagine. Lake Pepin is another option. From bald eagles soaring over the skies to the beavers and muskrats swimming down the lazy river, the banks hold all kinds of wildlife, deer, turkeys, birds, etc. The scenery and wildlife are absolutely breathtaking! From the snow/frost covered trees along the riverbanks and bluffs in the winter, to the colored leaves dropping into the river in the fall, to the summer sail boats on Lake Pepin and those docked in the harbor. Then there's the beautiful train that runs up and down the shorelines and banks of the Mississippi, along with the mirror painted boat house - reflections on the water at Bay Point Park and the big river boats docked at Ole Miss Marina -this historical destination in Red Wing, Minnesota has so much to offer. There are so many possibilities in this robust area, with so many Eagle's nests and wildlife along the banks of the Mississippi that you just can't see from shore. There is nothing like spending time on the water with family and friends. We will get you in very close proximity of the Eagles for your viewing pleasure or photography.

Your hunt will take place on pool 8 of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge stages 50 percent of the world's canvasback population and 40 percent of the United State's waterfowl population. You will experience hunting the Mississippi from the comfort of a heated 20 foot custom designed duck boat. To ensure that each hunt is enjoyable, a spread of 100+ decoys will be laid out, and a gun dog will provide retrieving. Additionally, a large (straight from the skillet) breakfast, coffee, other beverages, and snacks will be provided.
