We will bike past two beautiful waterfalls also and we make stops to share history and stories about the mountains. Sometimes we even stop and see a pioneer cemetery. For beginners we'll meet you at the trailhead with the bikes and take you on a gentle and fun ride. For riders with some more experience, we'll guide you to one of the top-rated mountain bike areas in the country which is right here in our own backyard! All back country guides are wilderness first aid certified.

My specialty is teaching the techniques required for success on the streams of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I also offer guided float or walk and wade trips on larger rivers for trout. The Caney Fork River is my favorite. In addition to the Caney, I also guide on the Clinch and Holston Rivers. Stalking large fish and fishing midges are my specialities on larger trout rivers. A float for smallmouth bass, musky or striped bass on the fly might be the ticket if you want a new challenge.
