We specialize in Arizona unit 12A and 12B for our trophy mule deer hunts. These units are doing great and you can expect an excellent hunt. We also guide hunts for southern Arizona mule deer in units 27, 28, 30A, 31, and 32. The October/November hunts in these units can be drawn with 0-3 bonus points and they are great units for desert mule deer. These units also have over the counter archery hunts available in August/September and December/January for an action packed spot and stalk desert mule deer hunt. For youth deer hunters, the youth-only hunts in unit 27 and units 28 29 30A 30B 31 32 are great. These hunts are before any of the adult rifle hunts and hunting pressure is light. They are any antlered deer hunts with the possibility of taking a great mule deer or Coues whitetail deer.

We are one of Arizona's most experienced mountain lion hunting outfitter and guide services. Our family has guided countless successful dry ground mountain lion hunts since the late 1960s. Our mountain lion or cougar hunts are done following a pack of extremely determined hound dogs in the mountains of Arizona. We do not rely on snow as our hounds have been bred and trained to follow lions strictly by scent. The hunter will have the option of hunting from horses and mules, or from 4x4/on foot. Our horses and mules are mountain raised, surefooted, and gentle, and we use them year-round. We have raised and trained our own lion hounds for 50+ years and use them for mountain lion hunting exclusively. If you consider seeing good dog work any part of the lion hunting experience, then this is the hunt for you.

Our tours are planned as ones that we ourselves would like to go on, so they are very strongly oriented toward birds. All WINGS leaders have varied interests in natural history and other related fields, but the timing and itinerary of our tours is dictated almost entirely by ornithological considerations. A few tours combine serious birdwatching with other activities appropriate to the area, or even with simple relaxation, and these are clearly indicated. Unless otherwise noted in the tour text, group size for our tours ranges from four to 16 people plus the leader(s). Very occasionally, group sizes will be larger, as when the use of chartered aircraft or boats requires larger groups to keep our per-person costs within bounds.

Dieringer Outfitters LLC Intro We are an extremely dedicated Arizona big game hunting outfitter and guide service. We offer guided trophy hunts for Rocky Mountain and desert bighorn sheep, elk, mule deer, coues whitetail deer, pronghorn antelope, along with dry ground mountain lion/cougar hunts with hounds. Hunting is our life, so we know how important your hunt is to you. Our goal is to always harvest the best animals available and have a great time doing it. We have all hunted Arizona all of our lives and have vast experience as hunters and guides in many Arizona hunting units. We are out hunting and scouting year around and always scout your unit for several days right before your hunt. We have guided hunters using rifles, muzzleloaders, archery, and handguns and we like them all. We have good gentle mountain horses or mules that we use on any hunt that we feel they will improve our chance of success. Our camps are clean and comfortable with plenty of great food. Our vehicles are modern and dependable and we have the best optics available. We know the Arizona hunting draw and bonus point system well and would be happy to answer your questions about it, along with any questions about our big game hunting trips in Arizona. Our hunt success rates and percentage of return clients are both very high. We are fully licensed and have recreation permits on the Apache Sitgreaves, Coronado, Tonto, Coconino, and Kaibab National Forests along with the Safford, Az Strip, and Tucson BLM districts.
