Keys Boat Tours is a recreational minded boat tour operation offering a variety of Florida Keys outings including; motor, fish, stand up paddleboard (SUP), kayak, and eco. It is an option for the whole family, where dad can get his fishing in, but everyone can equally enjoy. Best of all, we keep it comfortable, so to avoid choppy waters. The winter months are generally a little windy and not the flat pristine water of summertime. We want to keep everyone comfortable. This is one area that makes us unique. The FL Keys is as much about the water as land, if not more so. We provide a service to get you out on the water–and have fun.

This fishing trip is a 4 hour outing; just the right amount of time for many. We mainly do backcountry channel fishing. The ultimate goal is to stay in calm waters and have a good time catching fish. When conditions are right we also offer trolling for dolphinfish and tuna, and deep dropping for tile fish and grouper. We catch bait, and try a few different spots to bend the rod, and more times than not, bring home dinner. We also offer yellowtail fishing on the reef, and snapper and grouper fishing in patch reefs. It is your time in the beautiful Florida Keys. Enjoy it!

Motor / paddle option is our 2-1/2 hour $375 (up to 3 paddlers) mangrove cave crawl; motor to a mangrove island, then find your inner monkey and swing from mangrove limb to limb as we discover the inner reaches of No Name Key. Say that you've never paddleboarded? No problem, you will be a pro in minutes. You don't have to stand, but many folks surprise themselves and do. On this outing, we head out to some nearby islands, paddle around some, and maybe take a dip. The captain will fill you in on Gulf verse Florida Straits eco facts, and briefly discuss; algae, sea grass, mangrove islands, coral, sponges, bird life, and marine life.

Cruise under bridges and have your photos taken. This is a great way to get on the water - and just may be the best deal in the Keys! Your captain will share some historical and ecological tidbits along the way. Learn about mangroves. Look for marine life - Bahamian starfish, sponges, turtles, rays, dolphin. Take a dip if you like at a local sandbar or just drift in the Backcountry.

The two patch reef zones at Newfound Harbor Key Sanctuary Preservation is a good alternative to Looe Key when the conditions are not as favorable. This half-mile square inshore patch reef is just off Little Palm Island Resort and partially within the Coupon Bight Aquatic Preserve. This snorkel tour is two hours as opposed to three, so more affordable. But, not nearly as colorful as Looe Key. You will see a good variety of tropical fish, perhaps smaller than out at the reef but still impressive. The fish that you might encounter at the patch reef include: hogfish, grouper, parrotfish, grunt, barracuda, and more. The coral here is not colorful per se, but people still enjoy it. Add an hour and hit Picnic Island to paddle board some afterward.
